Product Information & Pricing
Accuracy: We strive for absolute accuracy in product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free.
Pricing: All prices are in BDT. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In case of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Payment Terms
Methods: We accept bKash, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Partial Payment: For specific high-value items or customized orders, a 50% partial advance payment is required to confirm the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Dhaka City: Delivery within 24–48 hours (Charge: 60 BDT).
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 business days (Charge: 120 BDT).
Free Shipping: Applicable on orders above 2,500 BDT.
Liability: GAD GENZ is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Warranty Policy (1-Year Limited Warranty)
We offer a 1-Year Warranty on specific electronic accessories (e.g., Chargers, Cables).
Coverage: Only manufacturing defects are covered.
Exclusions: Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Return & Refund Policy (Instant Check)
Inspection Window: Customers must inspect the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. Once the delivery person leaves, no complaints regarding damages, defects, or incorrect items will be accepted.
Return Process (COD): If a return is necessary, the customer must call our support number while the delivery person is still present. For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must pay the delivery charge to the delivery person before returning the item.
Refund Process (Paid Orders): For pre-paid orders, the delivery charge will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method within 24–48 hours.
Free Shipping Orders: The same return rules apply to "Free Shipping" orders; the customer is responsible for the delivery charge if a return is made.
User Account & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. GAD GENZ reserves the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any activity that damages the website, involves data mining, or uses the brand name for deceptive marketing or unauthorized purposes.
Limitation of Liability
GAD GENZ shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
