Return Policy (Check-on-Delivery)
Mandatory Inspection: Customers must inspect their product in front of the delivery agent. No complaints or returns are accepted once the agent leaves the GAD GENZ delivery perimeter.
Approval: Call our support hotline immediately while the agent is present to initiate a return. Our technicians will verify the device status in real-time.
Exchange Policy - Conditions
Conditions: To exchange for a different color or model, the product must be in its original, unopened, and intact packaging. Security seals must be unbroken.
Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Costs: For exchanges due to customer error (wrong model/color), the customer is responsible for both return and re-shipping costs as per GAD GENZ logistical standards.
Refund Policy - Processing Time
Processing Time: Once a return is approved by the GAD GENZ quality assurance team, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours.
Method: Refunds are sent back via the original payment method (bKash/Card/Bank Transfer).
Deductions: For all returns, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This is a non-negotiable service fee.
Shipping Charges - COD Returns
COD Returns: Customers must pay the delivery charge directly to the agent upon rejection at the doorstep.
Prepaid Returns: Delivery fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final credit balance.
GAD GENZ reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice to ensure the highest standard of service.
